1 A Misdemeanor conviction will not necessarily disqualify your application provided you answer honestly and depending on the circumstances such as the seriousness of the misdemeanor and time of conviction.
2 Felony conviction prior to the age fo 21 will receive consideration, depending upon factors such as the seriousness and time lapse since conviction.
3 It is required that if at any time you are arrested and/or convicted of any crime (misdemeanor or felony) during employment you will immediately notify your manager and provide all arrest/conviction documents.  We may at any time run additional criminal record checks during your employment.

On all employees, we obtain MVR's annually.  You are required to report to your manager any citation received while operating any motor vehicle, private or company owned, within 24 hours of receipt and before beginning work after receiving a citation.  you are also required to keep your manager updated on the disposition of the citation as it progresses, including conviction or dismissal, etc.
